Experiments in being average...
...are quite nice. I think I slept 10 hours and then some. Cece also makes good coffee.
Today: unpacking. Heaps of it. Also hunting down Alison and Lorna and writing letters and making phonecalls and... I'm swamped. Why did I let my personal assistant go? I must have been mad. Who knew things like sending out the laundry and making guest-lists and programming one's PDA were so time-consuming?
Anyone seen my cat?* Clarice, did Delphine end up in your room last night, chere? Nate, have you and Moira got her?
She and Bella are going to pack their little bags and run away to conquer the world one of these days. I worry when she's not around. I hope the security downstairs is cat and bird tight.
* She's been found. Shameless wench is living in sin with Bella, apparently. This says terrible things about my parenting, I'm sure.
